Return Policy:

We guarantee customer satisfaction. We provide refunds that are requested

within 14 days of receiving your order. Initial shipping amount is not included in the refund. Proof

of received return delivery is required to issue a refund. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for

your refund to process. Refunds of any purchase placed with DNA Safety Repair cannot exceed

the amount paid to us.

Shipping:

When you ship parts to us, shipping costs are covered at your own expense and risk.

We are not responsible for undeliverable packages, lost, stolen, and damaged items received or

sent to you. Shipping is non-refundable. All items are shipped back uninsured. If you wish to

have your items insured, you must notify us by email at the time you complete the checkout.

You are responsible for the extra charge of insuring your package.

Repairs:

Make sure to inspect your items before shipping, we are not responsible for missing

or damaged parts. We are not responsible for the cost of third-party services. DNA Safety

Repair shall not be responsible to correct any condition caused by abuse or misuse, or condition

constituting normal tear and wear.

Liability:

You agree not to make a claim against, sue, demand compensation from us -DNA

Safety Repair, for any loss, damage, bodily injury, illness, death, financial loss, damage, or

destruction other harm of whatever nature, whether foreseen or unforeseen suffered by yourself

or any other person. We provide the repair service, however, you will assume all responsibility

associated with the removal, installation, and usage of a re-manufactured item.
